TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of
CFParty.org (the "Site"), operated by the Community First Party
("CFParty," "we," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
WHO WE ARE
CFParty is a registered political party committee in the State of
New Hampshire. The Site exists to share our platform, organize
volunteers, accept contributions where permitted, and communicate
with supporters.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. To make a
contribution or volunteer formally, you must be at least 18 and
otherwise eligible under New Hampshire and federal election law.
You may not use the Site if you are prohibited by law from doing
so.
ACCEPTABLE USE
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
- Use the Site to harass, threaten, or defame any person
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or
to other users' accounts or data
- Disrupt or interfere with the Site's operation, including by
introducing malware, scraping at scale, or attempting denial-of-
service
- Use the Site for any commercial solicitation unrelated to the
CFParty mission
- Copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for purposes other
than the personal, non-commercial promotion of CFParty's
mission, without our written permission
CONTRIBUTIONS
All contributions are subject to applicable New Hampshire and
federal campaign finance law. By making a contribution, you
certify that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
- The contribution is from your own funds and is not being
reimbursed by another person or entity
- You are not a federal contractor
- You are at least 18 years old
- The contribution does not exceed any applicable legal limit
We may refuse or refund any contribution at our discretion,
including any contribution we believe may not comply with the
above.
CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
If you submit comments, questions, volunteer information, or any
other content to the Site, you grant CFParty a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for purposes
related to our mission, including in published communications and
campaign materials. You represent that any content you submit is
your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove submitted content at our discretion, including
content we believe to be unlawful, harassing, false, or off-mission.
OUR CONTENT
The text, graphics, logos, images, video, and other content on
the Site are the property of CFParty or our licensors and are
protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to
the Site and brief excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes
related to CFParty's mission. All other use requires our written
permission.
The Community First Party name and logo are trademarks of the
Community First Party. You may not use them in a way that
suggests endorsement or affiliation without our consent.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Site uses third-party services for functions like hosting,
email, text messaging, payment processing, and analytics. Your
use of those services may be subject to their own terms and
privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of
third-party services.
DISCLAIMERS
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest
extent permitted by law, CFParty disclaims all warranties,
express or implied, including warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not
warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or
secure.
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes and
is not legal, financial, medical, or political advice for your
specific situation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFParty and its
volunteers, officers, and contractors are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill,
arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we
have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFParty and its
volunteers, officers, and contractors from any claim, loss, or
expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your
use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at
the top shows when. Continued use of the Site after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New
Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any
dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be
resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in
New Hampshire, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.
