The Community First Party ("CFParty," "we," "our") respects your
privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through
CFParty.org and how we use it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you sign up to volunteer, donate, attend an event, or
otherwise interact with CFParty, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address and ZIP code
- Town of residence
- Age range, employer, occupation (only if required by law for
contributions)
- Volunteer interests and availability
- Communication preferences
We also automatically collect basic technical information when
you visit our site: browser type, IP address, pages visited, and
referral source. We use cookies for site functionality and basic
analytics.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use information you provide to:
- Send campaign updates, news, and action alerts
- Coordinate volunteer activities
- Process donations and issue receipts
- Invite you to events
- Respond to your questions
- Comply with state and federal election law, including reporting
contribution information as required by the New Hampshire
Secretary of State
WHO WE SHARE WITH
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us run the campaign (email platforms,
text messaging providers, payment processors, hosting). These
providers are bound to use your information only to deliver
services to us.
- Other Community First Party committees and endorsed candidates
for purposes of coordinated communications, where permitted by
law.
- Government agencies when disclosure is required by law,
including campaign finance reporting to the New Hampshire
Secretary of State.
CONTRIBUTIONS
If you make a contribution, we are required by New Hampshire law
to publicly report your name, address, occupation, and employer
above certain thresholds. This information becomes part of the
public record.
TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in to receive text messages, message and data rates
may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any
message. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number
with third parties for their own marketing.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in
any message we send.
YOUR CHOICES
You can:
- Opt out of texts (reply STOP)
- Unsubscribe from emails (link in any message)
- Request a copy of the information we have about you
- Request that we delete your information, subject to any legal
retention obligations

CHILDREN
CFParty.org is not directed at children under 16, and we do not
knowingly collect information from them.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top
shows when. Significant changes will be posted prominently on
this page.
